Complimentary Ground Shipping (US Only): Samples are shipped at no additional cost within the continental United States via standard ground services. A processing fee of $5 applies to each sample request, with a maximum of five samples per order. 

Orders exceeding $350 within the continental US that qualify for Ground shipping.

Orders exceeding $400 (continental US only) will ship via LTL freight with complimentary liftgate service, appointment scheduling, and proof of delivery.

We strive to fulfill most orders within 1-3 business days. However, processing times may be subject to change based on inventory availability. Orders received on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed on the following business day.

Ground/LTL shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For expedited delivery options, please contact us.

LTL deliveries necessitate a scheduled appointment and a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available to accept the order at the designated time.

To ensure secure delivery, we currently ship to commercial business addresses, residential addresses, or directly to job sites only. PO Boxes are not available for deliveries at this time.

Tracking information will be emailed to you within one business day of your order's shipment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs via their preferred carrier (freight, FedEx, or UPS). A 30% restocking fee applies to returned materials, unless they are exchanged for items of equal or greater value.

We offer returns within 15 days of receipt, provided the materials are returned in their original condition.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. In the unlikely event that any materials arrive damaged or broken, please take pictures and contact us immediately. We will be happy to assist you with filing a claim.

To ensure a prompt resolution for any order discrepancies, please notify Big League Tile and Stone within 7 days of receipt. Kindly note that we are unable to accept returns for materials that have already been installed and subsequently removed.
